We value our relationship with our clients and partners that include designers and builders. We have created an collaborative approach on how to build in an environment that requires dependability, integrity and a sense of urgency through all phases of a project.
With greater responsibility and authority, our services span the life cycle of a project as early as the business case development, real estate or due diligence phase and provide support from pre-construction, detail budgeting, capital reporting, design and project management. This results in a comprehensive model that delivers the clients goals and future needs.
In order to meet the unique needs of each project we support our partners where and when they need us the most by modifying our delivery model and provide value and services where required.

Stratagem

Conversion of 250,000 s.f of industrial space into top tier filming environments comprised of 100,000 s.f. of clear span sound stages, 140,000 s.f. of combined mill shops, wardrobe, make-up, production offices and backlot situated over 12 acres of land in Toronto, Ontario. Production included Marvel's Hawkeye, Secret Invasion and Paramount's Mayor of Kingstown.
